Wonderful family cruise and pre-trip
Our vacation involved multiple cruise cabins, separate flight itineraries, pre-stays and many, many questions. Susan did a superb job cobbling together the various pieces and parts of our trip while calmly and professionally acting as liaison between us, the cruise line, tour operator and hotel staffs. She also offered practical tips to make sure our time was well spent for sightseeing based on our preferences to avoid crowds and optimize our budget.

Very easy to work with and knowledgeable. She made traveling with a large group easy and stress free! The flight was at a perfect time and the hotel was amazing. Wouldn't change a thing!
